While In Sydney for the 2000 Olympic Games, Arthur viewed a piece of Jenador’s work in the Makers Mark Gallery.

When Jenador approached Arthur with the intention of combining their art to create Aboriginal gem opal pictures he was already aware of her work and was keen to come on board.

Together they decided to combine their names to Jenart, (found inside the boomerang) on the bottom of each picture, hence the birth of their work together.
