It is a vision created through endless dreams and thoughts. I guess you could say I really had no choice. With the myriads of colours of the peacock he really does come to life, much the same way as gem opal, a true marrying of two subjects.This unique piece of art will never be re-created. There are approximately 92,500 pieces of opal, equating to 225 carats. Each piece of opal is chosen for its brilliance and stunning lustre.This picture took some six months to complete.
